Just Checking In

We are about 5 hours from flight time.
Isabella Eun Jin is doing remarkably well.
We got her yesterday about 1:30 in the afternoon. She came to us with only a little hesitation. Her foster mom was awesome. She was a great support. She kept telling Isabella who we were in Korean and foster mom kept hugging us all so that Isabella would be comfortable with us. Foster mom gave us great instructions.
Last night Isabella had a few moments where she would have rather not have been with us but that is to be expected.
Bed time was a little rough. She was a little anxious and did not want to lay down to sleep. She would cry if we sat down and finally when she was really tired she would cry quite loudly. We had to go up to the open roof of our hotel to quiet her down. She could see all the city lights and as long as we kept walking she would stay calm. We know that she does not consider us total monsters because foster mom says she claps her feet together when happy and as long as I was walking her feet were clapping.
This morning was fantastic. She woke up in a great mood and played with us. She was all smiles. We even ventured out to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast and she let me feed her like a little bird. She is adorable.
Can't wait to be home...
