Happy New Year-Yep I Have A Few Goals

This year I actually made goals and I think I will keep most of them.
I am going to post the easy ones here.
Catch up Jackson and Joelee's blogs.
Make 3 lap quilts with the Asian fabric that I have had for 3 years.
Make ladybug quilts that have been started for 3 years.
Paint frames black, put in pictures and display. That have been sitting in my living room for 3 years.
Make each kid an embroidery picture for their birthdays and Christmas.
Make a blanket for each kid for Christmas.

Christmas Gift From Foster Family-Video

This little clip is hysterical. The foster family told us that Pororo penguin was Isabella Eun Jin's favorite cartoon. They gave us Pororo socks, colored crayons a book and a few other miscellaneous things when we picked her up.
They sent her this Pororo penguin that sings and dances for Christmas and she went nuts...

Now I Understand

I used to get frustrated after people would get home and never or rarely update their blogs...Still waiting for our girl I wanted to see pictures of the new family so that I could live vicariously through them.
Now I understand how hard it is to keep up with the blogging when you are chasing around the sweet little baby.
My other two kids are both older and leave me alone to blog.
Not Isabella Eun Jin. As soon as I go to sit at the computer she hunts me down and screams at me until I pay attention to her.
I hope to have our Christmas pictures up before the end of December but I can't promise that will happen.

Hello

Our foster family had two mid-twenties daughters. I wonder if they were on cell phones a lot.
Isabella Eun Jin puts EVERYTHING up to her ear, always the same ear and says, "Hello."
It is quite funny. She even picks up the real phone and jabbers into it like she knows how it is used.

Kitty

Our girl can say Kitty. She reminds me of Boo in Monster's Inc. She will say kitty, kitty, kitty and the little cat goes right to her.

I NEVER Win Anything...

but I won a baby bib and didn't even know it...
I entered a drawing before we left for vacation.
We have been so busy since getting home that I haven't even had a chance to think about it and am so behind on reading blogs that I had no clue.
Thankfully my wonderful blog buddy T informed me that there was a search going on for me!
I will post a picture of the bib once I get it!
I am so happy, happy, happy as they are adorable!

Christmas

Christmas was wonderful, actually the whole month of December was. We so enjoyed all 3 of our kids.
Not one of them said, "I wish I got" or "I wanted..." All in all a good sign.
We got each of the kids a piggy bank and a not so scary monster along with other gifts.
They all love their monsters and banks.
Joelee was thrilled that she got her own camera and Jackson was just so happy about everything he got. Santa dropped off an orange kitten on Christmas Eve so all his gifts were gravy after that.
Isabella Eun Jin was obsessed with the Zhu Zhu pets that Jackson and Joelee got.
I tell you all their gifts were wrapped with "love" this year. They each got their own wrapping paper and I made sure when wrapping that the characters were centered on each gift...That won't happen next year.
