Talked with AAC today. They have not sent the documents that USCIS is waiting for to approve our I600. I really don't understand it. They said they were "waiting" for the immigration lady to contact them so then they would send it after they find out if she wants anything more. What? I thought you talked with them on Monday and they said all they need is...
I was absolutely speechless.
So after getting off the phone and recovering, I called back. I asked them to go ahead and Fed Ex what they have in hopes that is all they need to approve us. I offered to pay the Fed Ex charges and then pay them again if they end up needing anything else.
